<p><em>This research aims to improve self-regulated learning and mathematics learning outcomes for class VIII students at SMPN 4 Jonggat by applying the inquiry learning model. This research was conducted in two cycles, with research subjects in cycle I being 20 students and in cycle II being 17 students out of a total of 22 students. The application of the inquiry learning model to Circle material in class VIII shows an increase in self-regulation or learning independence and student learning outcomes. The research results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II, where the average self-regulated or independent learning of students in cycle I was 51.75 in the medium category, increasing to 76.24 in the good category in cycle II. In addition, the evaluation test results showed an average increase from 65.75 in cycle I to 87.95 in cycle II. Thus, the application of the inquiry learning model in the mathematics subject Circle material is effective in improving self-regulation or learning independence and the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMPN 4 Jonggat.</em></p>Ema Junia damayantiAhmad MuzakiMasjudin Masjudin

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning mathematics with VBA Excel on student motivation and learning outcomes. The type of research used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The sample selected in this study were 42 students from class VII MTs Tarbiyatul Qurro' Selagalas, Mataram City. The instruments used in this study were in the form of description questions and questionnaire instruments. The data analysis technique used is the T test. Before carrying out the T analysis, a prerequisite test must be carried out, namely reliability, homogeneity and normality tests.The results of the analysis of student learning outcomes data that have been carried out show values > -4.601 and -1.729 because > = -4.610 > -1.729. For the analysis of student learning motivation, the results obtained were > -22.194 and -1.684. Because > = -22.194 > -1.684, H0 was rejected while H1 was accepted with a significant level of 5%, it means that there is mathematics learning on student motivation and learning outcomes.</em></p>Eliza Maria FitriMasjudin MasjudinBaiq Rika Ayu Febrilia

<p><em>This research aims to describe the implementation of the problem-based learning model in an effort to improve conceptual understanding and student interest in learning among XI IPA 1 students at SMAN 1 Sambelia. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) based on the Kemmis & Mc. Taggart model, conducted in two cycles, involving 19 out of 30 students as subjects. Each cycle consists of three meetings; the first two meetings involve learning activities, while the third meeting involves evaluation. The data generated in this study includes qualitative data, specifically the results of student interest questionnaires in learning mathematics, and quantitative data, specifically the evaluation scores for students' conceptual understanding of mathematics. The implementation of the problem-based learning model on the topic of derivatives in XI IPS 1 class showed an increase in students' conceptual understanding and interest in learning mathematics. The results indicate an improvement from cycle I to cycle II, where the evaluation test scores for students' conceptual understanding in cycle I were 61.1, increasing to 76.1 in cycle II. Furthermore, the average student interest in learning in cycle I was 72%, categorized as high, which increased to 84%, categorized as very high, in cycle II. <p><em>This research aims to describe the application of the Inquiry Based Learning model which can increase interest and understanding of mathematical concepts in class X students at SMKN 1 Dompu.</em> <em>The type of research is classroom action research (PTK).</em> <em>This research was carried out in two cycles.</em> <em>Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection.</em> <em>The subjects in this research were 27 students.</em> <em>The research instruments used were interest questionnaires and test sheets.</em> <em>The results of research in cycle I showed that the students' learning Minar was in the Poor category with a percentage of 58.82% and students' conceptual understanding was in the Good Criteria with a completion percentage of 81.5%.</em> <em>Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase in students' interest in learning to be in the Active category with a percentage of 64.78%, and students' understanding of concepts also increased to be in the Very Good Criteria by reaching a classical completion percentage of 90.92%.</em> <em>Thus, it can be concluded that through the application of the inquiry based learning model in mathematics learning, it can increase interest and understanding of concepts in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Dompu. <p><em>This research aims to describe students' thinking processes based on the Wallas stage in solving mathematics problems in class VIII of SMPN 1 Pringgarata for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is at SMPN 1 Pringgarata. The subjects used in this research were 6 students who had high, medium and low categories based on their final semester test scores in mathematics. The instruments used in this research were 3 essay questions on two-variable linear equation systems in the form of story questions. Data collection techniques include giving tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research uses 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results showed that in the initial stage or preparation stage for S1 to S6 subjects showed an attitude of detachment, reflection, re-reading questions and remembering material that had been received previously so that all subjects reached the incubation indicators. the third stage is illumination where at this stage the subject finds ideas in solving the problem but the object cannot be completed correctly and completely because of errors in modeling it into a mathematical model, errors in calculating, the last stage is verification, where at this stage almost all subjects provide wrong answer and no student effort in correcting the wrong answer except subject S1, namely giving the correct answer to questions number 1 to 3</em><em>.</em></p>Laelatul KurniaAhmad MuzakiEliska Juliangkary

<p><em>This research </em><em>This research aims to produce a product in the form of valid, practical and effective media from GeoGebra-based learning media in increasing students' learning motivation and mathematical representation at SMA Negeri 1sheet. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE model. The population used in this research was class XI MIPA 3 students, namely 31 students with a total sample of 6 students. Research data was obtained using learning media validation questionnaires, validation of test instruments, teacher and student responses, as well as students' mathematical representation tests in the form of pre-test and post-test questions. Based on the assessment results from media experts and material experts, it shows that the media developed is included in the "Very Valid" criteria because it meets the requirements of media experts and material experts. The validity of learning media based on the results of media expert assessments is in the very good category with an average value of 43.5 and a percentage of 87%. The validity of the test instrument based on the results of the material expert's assessment is at very high criteria with an average of 43 and a percentage of 96%. The practicality of the learning media developed based on the results of teacher response questionnaire analysis is in very good criteria with an average score of 4.67 and a percentage of 93.33% and student responses are in very good criteria with an average score of 49.4 and a percentage of 98% . The effectiveness of the learning media developed based on limited trial activities with 6 students, obtained that students' classical completeness in answering post test questions after using the learning media was 84.72% with a KKM of 75. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that GeoGebra-based learning media is very valid , practical and effective in increasing students' learning motivation and mathematical representation at SMA Negeri 1 Lembar.</em></p>Mawarni MawarniAhmad MuzakiAde Kurniawan
